Lost access to 2FA email address

Hi there,

I have lost access to my Bitdefender Premium Security as the email which was used can't be accessed, whenever I input the password it takes me to the 2FA window and I can't access it.

I made a new account to ask this from you guys.

Kindly help me in this matter

    Did you try to enter a recovery code, but that dind't work? Do you have the recovery codes? When does the issue occur?

    Uploaded screenshots of your issue, could help us understand what the problem is.

    Anyway, if you don't have recovery codes, the highlighted text in the screenshot says it all:

    No recovery code, no access to your Bitdefender Account and/od Bitdefender Premium Security with 2-FA authentication activated.


  • Okay. So I am in the same boat. I wiped my old phone and do not have access. Does that mean I need to get a new bitdefender subscription? I am unable to setup bitdefender on new devices.

    No, you will not need to get a new Bitdefender subscription. Just get a hold of support at the bottom of this link using one of the three options you'll be given. Chat may be a quick way to get things going, as they can head you in the right direction.
