Bitdefender Keep Blocking Cheat engine.
I heard that it is not a virus, but im i little paranoid. If it is not some kind of malware, how do i install it, because bitdefender blocks even github download links...

It's not a virus, but it contains adware and it may cause vulnerabilities, or even loss of data, as it attaches itself to some processes. We won't whitelist it. If you really want to install, my advice is to sandbox it.

Sandbox it how? And why the Antivirus Software doesn't offer such option if possible?

I'm also curious, so I've looked up for 'Sandbox' as a jargon in tech.
If I define it correctly, admin is asking you/us to use it in a controlled/ isolated environment. Say for example a guest account or another windows machine that you can easily re-format it, that it wouldn't allow CE to have a permission in changing any windows settings or changing settings doesn't matter if you re-format it after using CE.

You can use sandbox software like (https://sandboxie-plus.com/) to run the application in safe isolated environment so that it will not harm your current system.
Antimalware products are meant to protect you from all types of malicious stuffs so they do not offer sandbox option to run what they are meant to protect against.
Additionally, if you want to use the cheat engine software at your own risk you can set the software as exclusion in bitdefender and then run it.
Follow below steps:
1) Temporarily disable Bitdefender Protection: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/28557/
2) Set exclusion in Bitdefender Antivirus: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13427/
3) Set exclusion in Bitdefender Advanced Threat Defense: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2393/
4) Re-enable real time protection in Bitdefender.

I don't have more idea about the Blocking Cheat engine being a marketer in travel industry and working with usairling but i want to know more and more about it.

Cheat Engine itself is not a malware. A few antivirus marks it as PUP because it can attach itself to processes and modify memory. The installer you download through their official website is bundled with a bunch of adware.
