How can we scan iPhone with bit defender for malware?

I have installed the application for iPhone, however the scan finishes in 10 seconds and says everything is safe. I am sure the application is not scanning all the files in my iPhone.

Can anyone please let me know, how can we scan iPhone maybe from bit defender PC scanner?

Due to security restrictions on iOS by Apple, it is not possible for any antimalware app to scan the system apps or other apps for malware on an iOS device.
