My Windows Security (W10) keeps saying Virus protection Bit Defender is not up to date

I open the BD dashboard and there are no options to update and it is running the latest version

After 10 minutes the Windows message dissapears. Its just annoying and shouldnt do that.

Any suggestions welcome.

Does this message appear when the computer has been turned off for a long time (several days) immediately after booting? It is possible for Windows to detect it as out of date, since it has been stopped and has not been updated for some time, until the update gets going. The message should dissapear afterwards.
