Hello.
Only these Bitdefender services for Home users: Digital Identity Protection, Premium VPN, Home Network Support, Computer Tune-Up and VIP Support are offered with 1-month subscription and are billed every month. For these services you can pay monthly.
All other Bitdefender products and services for Home users are offered with 1-year, 2-years or 3-years subscription and are billed every year, every second year or every third year. For these products and services you can't pay monthly.
