You appear to have blocked my instance of your software from updating in the Russian Federation based on IP detection. Can you confirm this is not the case and the reason updates fail is due to another technical issue?
At least access to bitdefender.com. is blocked by Cloudflare and updates do not work.
Since i paid for an annual service please refund my money.

I'll try the email. Their support site in the web is also blocked.
I've noticed this a lot - a lot of companies seem to think it is ok to suddenly withdraw services or in this case actually stop providing a service which has been paid for, without even apparently trying to notify the customer. I find it strange.
