I wanted the multiplatform premium security but ended up with total security? So confusing/ Can this be rectified please?

    Bitdefender PREMIUM SECURITY subscription covers up to 10 Windows, Android, MacOS and iOS devices.

    Bitdefender TOTAL SECURITY subscription covers 5 or 10 Windows, Android, MacOS and iOS devices.

    Bitdefender Premium Security is the same as Bitdefender Total Security. The only difference is that unlimited VPN traffic and Password Manager (not Wallet) are included in the Premium Security product.

    I've checked your account and noticed that you do have the Total Security product already installed. As @Gjoksi79_ suggested above, the best way to move forward in this case would be to get in touch with the Commercial Representatives from our Support Teams, as there are two options to resolve this, according to what is best suited for your needs: they can either upgrade your existing subscription to Premium Security, with minor adjustments, or they can arrange a refund and you can purchase Premium Security instead.
