I wanted the multiplatform premium security but ended up with total security? So confusing/ Can this be rectified please?

I've checked your account and noticed that you do have the Total Security product already installed. As @Gjoksi79_ suggested above, the best way to move forward in this case would be to get in touch with the Commercial Representatives from our Support Teams, as there are two options to resolve this, according to what is best suited for your needs: they can either upgrade your existing subscription to Premium Security, with minor adjustments, or they can arrange a refund and you can purchase Premium Security instead.
