GravityZone communication problem betwen Agent and Local Server console

Hello,

I have a problem with communication betwen GravityZone Local Consol to Endpoint Computers via Agent. I did a installation packages for new computers and install it. In Local Console I have a Computer ID but there is information that computers are offline. Also I have information that I have 0/300 licences used. Any help? I have check port 8443 and thats not help. Any ideas ?

    If you have followed the installation process as it stands, at first use, and there is still no updated with the installation and license count, you should contact the Enterprise Support Team as they will need to troubleshoot the situation with the help of logs and, if needed be, remote session.

    Do keep us updated with the outcome so we can fix it as soon as possible.

    Local Console have working well until few days ago. Client have create an installation packages from Local Console and it was working well. Since few days GravityZone (Local and Cloud) have inform that is 0/300 licences used and all computers from console are in offline mode. Client telling me also that when he create a new installation package computer work online for 2-3 days and then connection is lost again. Right now all computers are in status offline and on endpoint BitDefender applications there is problem with licences.
