Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac by default checks for updates every 1 (one) hour and you can't change it.
In Windows products, the update check interval can be only set from 1 (one) hour to 12 (twelve) hours.

Additionally, why do you want to change the update interval of bitdefender for mac to once a month. This will end up making your mac more vulnerable to online threats and malware by not receiving the latest threat database updates.
