I tried to download Bitdefender, and I got the download from this domain

"flow.bitdefender.net"

is it official and legal?

It seems like that the website bitdefender.net redirects to bitdefender.com which itself states that the link is valid and not malicious or phishing.

Also virustotal shows no detection by any vendor

But, I would still request you to wait and get an update from the bitdefender staff regarding this.

flow.bitdefender.net is a legitimate Bitdefender domain, part of a flow uploader tool that helps product delivery teams to upload agent (product) kits.
