Update fail on two out of three laptops
We have 3 laptops covered with Bitdefender. One Win 10 machine updates correctly. The other Win 10 laptop will not auto update (error codes 1011 or 1004) and the third laptop (Win 7) has stopped updating ( same error codes). Any suggestions would be welcome. Have checked Windows Firewall - the "healthy" Win 10 laptop does not have any Bitdefender components listed in permitted apps but updates correctly. The other Win 10 has Bitdefender components as permitted apps but won't update.
Interestingly, the second Win 10 machine won't install Windows updates in the last few days. This unit is only 10 days from new.

After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.
Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log files you already created in the first step.
Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.
Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log files will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.
