    I have noticed that you've also raised a ticket with our Support Teams. A technical representative recently replied to your inquiry, providing the following advice:

    Kindly check if there are speed limitations from your internet provider. This is necessary because, if the internet speed is already throttled by your ISP, then it could also be the cause of the VPN’s slow speed.

    Also, please try to connect to different servers and provide our engineers with a report of the internet speed and a comparison of the servers you are connected to whenever you are not using the VPN.

    As per your request, here are the instructions to remove Bitdefender VPN from iOS:

    1. Keep your finger pressed on the Bitdefender icon

    2. Tap on the "X" mark that appears on the top left corner of the Bitdefender icon

    I would also recommend a clean reinstall of the application. Retest after reinstalling and let our colleagues know the results by replying on the open case.
