What is the OS on which the vpn is running?
Does the problem occur on a specific location or all locations?
Are you using standalone VPN or VPN in BMS ?
Does the problem occur only on mobile data or only on wifi or present on both? Preferably try multiple networks.
What is the App version? What is the VPN Server IP - displayed in the VPN interface?
