Bi-weekly billing

Every other week I'm informed Bitdefender has expired and I need to send in another 89.90 which means I'm paying $190.00 per month?

That's too expensive for me.

Am I missing something?

    Upon checking your Central account, I have noticed that you have owned multiple subscriptions and there were also two duplicate orders that have been refunded earlier in May.

    You have a Mobile Security for iOS subscription, a Digital Identity Protection subscription, but no antivirus at the moment. There was an issue with the payment on April 30th and one of the Premium Security orders was unfinished.

    The two subsequent successful orders placed in April were both refunded back in May. I have noticed that, in one of the tickets raised for the Support Teams, you have expressed your wish to go with the Ultimate Security suite instead. Should you still consider this product, you may place a new order here. Currently, this complete security package is offered with a 44% discount for the 1st year of subscription.
