Windows 11 constantly restarts instead of shutting down.

Hello,

I would be grateful if someone could help me please. After installing BitDefender Plus, when I go to shut down my Windows 11 MSI laptop, it now never shuts down. The laptop will restart EVERY time.

I was wondering if others have had this issue with Windows 11 recently (I've seen discussions from 2016 with this issue, but can't find anything recently).
