Can't Open Drive C:!

I don't know whether something's wrong with my computer's system or there's some kind of virus. I can't open my drive c: by double clicking on it. Every time i try to open the drive, the computer prompts me to choose a program to open with! But i can access the drive if i type c: on the address bar.

Can anyone help?
