VPN - BT.com UK
Up until 4 days ago I have been able to login to my BT emails whilst using VPN on my desktop and have done so since installing 12 months ago.
All of a sudden I am no longer able to login to BT to access emails or my Account whilst VPN is in use, but whilst on the login page, if I turn VPN off it logs in. This appears to be the case for a number of people using other branded VPN's.
Is there anything I need to do to rectify this? BTW I'm not tech savvy, so needs to be in simple terms
