Hi,

So I have three computer/laptop at home.

I decided to uninstall bitdefender on one of my computer with windows 11 latest insider preview.

I went to setting and remove total security, vpn and bdagent. Soon after that Microsoft Store broke, everytime it wouldn't connect. So i did a clean install and reinstall everything.

Today, I did the same thing on my windows 10 release preview. Same issue, I contacted chat support and they suggested to use the uninstall tool available online. So I restored my backup, use the uninstall tool and checked if Microsoft Store is working. To my surprise, it was working fine.

Your thought about what happen to me.

    Hello.

    Can't be sure, but i think that the Uninstall Tool did the job, since it completely removes the program.

    Turn out it wasn't Bitdefender who broke Microsoft store. But it was my VPN not allowing connection for Microsoft Store.
