Windows security shows that Bitdefender Is out of date


I installed Bitdefender Yesterday and It worked Very well. But when I open windows security it shows that Bitdefender is out of date. when I clicked install Update nothing happens... and I checked Bitdefender and there are no updates. I want to resolve this problem is there a way to do it? really appreciate it if someone could help. :)

    What version of Windows do you have?

    I would try running a repair and see if that re-syncs Bitdefender with Windows security. If needed, totally uninstall BD using the uninstall tool below, and reinstall it from Central.

    First, take screenshot(s) of the issue

    and create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:

    Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail:

    with short description of the issue.

    After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.

    Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log file you already created in the first step.

    Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.

    Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log file will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.

    There are a couple of possible causes for this message to be displayed, either the device has multiple security solutions installed, or Bitdefender did not install properly, or the Windows version is corrupt. The repair steps provided above should help resolve the issue. If the notification is still displayed afterwards, then the best way to move forward would be to contact the Support Teams for further assistance, as suggested above.
