I meant to purchase the total security package but accidentally purchased the plus version . How can I fix that?

    You can contact Bitdefender support from this link. Choose purchase and manage subscriptions and go from there. Chat is the quickest option when you get to that point. They will be able to help you.

    There are two ways to fix this:

    You can either request a refund for the Antivirus Plus order and purchase Total Security instead;


    You can request an upgrade to Total Security directly. This, however, may or may not require some other subscription adjustments, apart from the upgrade itself.

    As Scott suggested above, the modifications will be carried out by the Commercial Support Teams.
