Central showing different number of devices on PC vs. mobile (Android) app

Hi guys - I've been having a real frustrating time with the number of devices being displayed (or not) on Bitdefender Central when using Box 2.

On the Android, Central shows all devices properly as I'd expect. However, on my PC, Central only shows one device (and it's actually a phone that I no longer use, so it's very odd.)

I'm logged into both my PC and mobile app with the same email address / password. I've uninstalled / reinstalled. Bitdefender support has a ticket with me, but it's not going anywhere.

The difference in devices is troubling enough. But my main concern is the ability to control my phone should I lose it (i.e., wipe it, etc.) I can't do that from my PC if I can't see it in the device list.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and resolved it? Thanks much,
