Why doesn't the shredder delete all files in some subdirectories when I want to shred a whole tree?

Can I know exactly what problem you face?

If that file can be deleted because it is running on window (you have to shut it down when you want to shred it)

Or, you can try to scan the file to see if it is malicious or anything like that

The problem is that I try to shred a whole tree, but at the end of the process some files remain (they were not open). When I try once again to shred them, they are shredded, but I must do it "bottom up" (shred the files and only after that shred the directories) instead of just adding the "root" directory to the shredder.
