High Memory

Hello,

I have around 90 clients, I experienced sometimes a high Memory usage.OS could be Windows 7 and 10.

what could this be? See attached image:

    I do apologize for the late reply.

    In this case I strongly recommend getting in contact with the Enterprise Support Team as they will have to troubleshoot the situation thoroughly and also ask additional information that can be used to pinpoint the core reason for the issue (asking for Support Tool Logs, memory dumps, or are there any scanning processes running when experiencing high memory usage)


    Do keep me posted with how the situation unfolds and if I can be of any assistance regarding this.
