Please hire competent ppl
Every, EVERY MONTH Bitdefender turns off on ALL my families devices. So last month i sent to support and after a while they said that Google didn't send money IN TIME.
So when bitdefender have issues with Google they kick on customer?
Thought BD change routine after they discovered this but no. They turned off BD yet again.
So if BD can't (most likely) change Google you should change YOUR routine.
Yet again Google have taken my money 23aug now it's 26aug and you still blocked me from BD.
Does BD have any CRM, tech, or billing department that can solve this issue?
Protip. Extend period (10 days) for customer before you turn off protection because of Google.
