how to merge 2 licenses

currently I have a license for Total security (5 device/3 years) and it's valid by October 2025. Recently, I've bought the second license for Total security (5 device/3 years) and wanted to extend the current one but mistakenly activated as new separate license. How can I merge them in order to extend it? Any help much appreciated.

    When you entered the activation code in your Bitdefender Central account, did you get the notification on the left side in the picture:

    Anyway, like i already said in the previous discussion, ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account and your payments/purchases.

    So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    (select "Purchase & Manage Subscription")

    Also, @Alexandru_BD and @Mike_BD (they both work for Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue. You can PM them.

    Good advice @Gjoksi, this is precisely the reason behind the parallel activation in this case, as the codes seem to have the same specifications. Most likely, the above message should have been displayed during the activation attempt. To check for available ways to merge your licenses or other solutions, my advice would also be to get in touch with the Support Teams, as several adjustments must be made, in the event a merge is possible.

    Thanks for the advice. I didn't get any notification to show that I can't extend due to more than 3 years validity. I will be in touch with support team to see if they can resolve my issue.
