    Based on the latest developments, I would estimate that Disney+ will be available on MacOS in approximately 2 weeks from now, as the product teams started a limited update just yesterday, that includes the fixed Netflix library plus other minor improvements. However, on MacOS it has not been delivered yet, because this aims only Windows, Android and iOS operating systems. It will come.

    The developers conducted several tests and could not reproduce the issue.

    Could you please let us know what the symptoms are, do you encounter any error messages at all? There are a few general causes for connection errors and we need to eliminate them one by one. To do this, kindly provide us with the following information:

    • The OS and version on which the vpn is running
    • Whether the problem occurs on a specific location or all locations
    • IP of the affected server
    • Whether the problem occurs only on mobile data/Ethernet or only on wifi or present on both. Preferably try multiple networks
    • The app version
    • Whether the connectivity issue manifests itself with other websites/apps as well
