In the past I have used various android emulator such as bluestack, noxplayer etc and all of them worked perfectly with bitdefender installed on the system. I never faced any issue with android emulator with bitdefender running on the system.
One thing that you may need to keep in mind is that android emulator does tend to take more system memory and hence you may feel like that bitdefender is making your performance slow which is not true.
