Bitdefender Total Security Settings to access a Qnap NAS using any browser

I have had a terrible time accessing my Qnap TS-351 NAS on my home network with both Windows 11 and Windows 10 21H2 build 19044.2130. There are so many ways to access it but I couldn't for a long while. It locked me out for multiple tries

Any answers, please?
