I have a trial version of Bitdefender Internet Security , I bought Bitdefender Total Security , activated it in the central console . Now how do I switch to my Bitdefender Total Security , should I uninstall and download the new one ?

First, uninstall the old Bitdefender Interenet Security program using the Uninstall Tool:
