    What I can suggest - I don't know if this is the case - there are certain browser extensions which might interfere; for example, if you are using Chrome to perform the feedback steps and you have uBlock Origin, this can lead to certain errors from time to time for various reasons. Can you retry one more time to perform the feedback with extensions disabled? Or perhaps use incognito mode, another browser etc.

  • Today I followed your advice. I disabled all extensions in browsers. I tried to contact support using Chrome, Mozilla and Opera. The result is the same - the page freezes. After that I decided to try to do the same using Bitdefender Safepay browser. I suppose this browser does not have any extensions that I should disable. The result is identical - the page freezes, "I am not a robot" box become red in 1 minute. I attach a photo of my attempt with the Bitdefender Safepay browser. Sorry for the quality of the photo from a smartphone. I am discouraged. I never had an experience like that.

    This is really strange, and I cannot pinpoint to a cause only from what you detailed. Can you do one more attempt by writing the text from the Message box inside a problem.txt file, and attach the text file instead? And let in the Message box just something like "Check the attached text file". Maybe it is something related to the text which is blocked by the page.

  • Hello. Today I tried to "print to PDF" again. After clicking the menu item, a delay icon appeared for a short time. After that, the desired file appeared in the folder C:\Users\admin\Downloads\Bitdefender Safepay. I checked the PDF print several times. Everything works fine. Nothing was changed in my computer system. Moreover, I have not used the computer for the past a few days and have not changed anything. The Bitdefender Safepay product version is still 30.0.25.51. I do not know how to explain this. I hope. everything will work fine in the future. There is no need to contact support for now.

    I'm glad that worked out. It might have been the print spooler either with a queue too full, or in an inconsistent (or stopped) state. Anyways, feel free to stress me any time if something is not right.

    Thank you for your patience and feedback.

  • I had another software before it was ceasing operations in the US due to political reasons. Use something similar to Safepay. Was happy with it. Since being forced to change to another provider and even though everyone else recommended something else or the other, chose to give BitDefender a try. Seems like a big mistake.

    On no other anti-virus software I have had such a frustrating experience of printing documents. Whether at home or at work I have come across multiple providers. I see absolutely no logic in not having a virtual printer connection. The concept of printing to a paper and then scanning is a waste of time, money, and another hassle of getting rid of the paper documents. It is like telling someone going from NY to Philadelphia to go to Chicago and then Dallas and then to Philly. Even government agencies are helping in going paperless with all the documents.

    Instead of the Admins mutually backslapping each other that the problem is fixed maybe they should try to fix it. I followed exactly what is being told and it still does not allow me to print to PDF. I signed up for this software less than four months ago so the version should be the latest. Plenty of other hassles like the Safepay popup coming every few minutes. Seriously considering cancelling my subscription and moving to something else.

    @Kedar

    I see absolutely no logic in not having a virtual printer connection

    Security reasons, as I explained. A rogue virtual printer can easily intercept private data and send them to undesired locations. Also, many of them do not run correctly in a separate desktop. But I am open to allow them based on an opt-in.

    The concept of printing to a paper and then scannin

    This is one of the reasons Print to PDF was added.
