Clients support is not working?
About a month ago, I receive an email from Bitdefender with a promo renewal but after 2-3 days, the link didn't worked for renew. I sent them an replay email and no answer. Now, the cost for renewal is double and I think to give up. What can you tell me about this or please give me an email adress of custumer support for this kind of problems.

After you purchused the new license, you can follow the steps from that article.
I'm a Bitdefender user since 2017 and every year when renewing i always pay the same price 39,98 EUR / $ 39.98.
And here is the Bitdefender Support contact page:
Just select "Purchase & Manage Subscription".
