I was contacted by Bitdefender to renew my Digital Identity Protection. I followed the steps and was quoted CAD 39.98 . The price was in CAD since I was in Canada at the time. I followed the renewal instructions and paid. But, then I was sent a receipt for GBP 39.98 (!) by 2checkout.
A day later I received an email from 2checkout saying that my payment did not get through and I was told to renew again!
Maybe 2checkout has been hacked or maybe I cannot trust them, or trust Bitdefender.
I'd like to send an email directly to Management in Bitdefender but I just cannot find an email address.
Can you help?
