I have Netflix here in Canada I'm trying to access Netflix US but the VPN will run but it still gives me the Canadian and I have the VPN set on Los Angeles can you give me steps on how to make that correct thank you and have a great day

Have you tried to connect to multiple servers as well? The VPN offers 15 locations for the United States:
If you are visiting Canada and want to access your content from home, as a U.S. resident, It should work.
