I hope someone can help...


I have to turn off firewall and Antivirus in order to use my FTP uploader, even though it appears in the white list.


I've tried live support, but it doesn't seem to work.

    Thanks for replying. It was 2008, but I was given an upgrade to 2009, and that seems to have solved the problem :)
