Problem With Orbi Router And Bitdefender VPN. Any Help?

Hello. I'm using a orbi router with VPN service enabled. I recently signed up with bitdefender VPN. I'm having trouble connecting remotely to my local network using an orbi router with with openvpn. If I use ipvanish on server I can connect to the software fine using the VPN profile connecting to my local network. If I use bitdefender VPN on server it will not allow me to. Is there a way for bitdefender to allow for incoming connections. Again I'm using a openvpn profile to connect to the server location acting like I'm on the local network. I would appreciate it thank you
