I've been waiting for a refund for almost a month but your company is ghosting me. Are you still in business?

    I'm sorry to hear this. I have located your ticket, it's with the BOX Support Team and I have asked my colleagues to prioritize the refund request. Surely, there has to be an explanation for the delay, the refund inquiries usually don't take that long to be processed.
