Kindly elaborate. Does your machine meet the minimum system requirements to install and use Bitdefender, do you receive any error message during the installation process, on what OS are you installing the product, does the installation process get stuck at some point, do you have a stable internet connection, did the download of the files failed, does the installation process start at all? Do you have any other security solutions installed? Are you logged in as admin on the device where you are attempting to install the product?

So many questions, so many possible causes 🙂
