ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices and/or your payments/purchases.
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:
NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!
Also, @Alexandru_BD and @Mike_BD (they both work for Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue. You can PM them.
Anyway, you may obtain a refund for the second charge by contacting:
refunds@bitdefender.com
within 30 days of your initial purchase or of the automatic renewal date.

If you are referring to your Mobile Security subscription renewal on Gplay, I can see there are indeed two transactions this month. Kindly get in touch with the Support Teams to sort this out. You should benefit from 50% off for this renewal anyway, based on the available information.
