I am not aware of any outage on the Support Center page, there are 3 contact channels available, chat, phone and contact form (ticket), which one did you use?

I used mail.
The reason is that I speak very poor English and need a written translation program.
In this case, I was able to copy the entire message with image archive in the contact form. But reCaptcha didn't let me move forward. Not even when I tried later.
