Safe Pay error message

I'm using the latest version of Bit Defender Total Security, on Windows 11, Desktop.

When I use the "safe pay" feature I get the following message:

The navigation to https://www.******.com/ failed.

Error ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED(21): The network changed.

I am able to minimize this window and then often see my sign on window for the financial company sign on.

I have added the site to the safe pay dashboard.

Might anyone know a setting I should check or perhaps identify something I have incorrectly set up to eliminate this error message and get to my bank sign on window directly?
