can't use bitdefender VPN free

hello.

I rarely use bitdefender VPN.

But usually when I opened the program, I am greeted with an on and off button to turn VPN on.

Yesterday I tried using it, but instead of getting the on off screen, I get the message "upgrade to premium… view offer"

I don't think I used included free 200 megabytes because I rarely use it.

What can be causing the problem?

Hi @thunderwater

To disable that notification, open the VPN app, and the gear icon on the left, click Settings/Notifications and disable "Allow notifications"

Also, confirm in your main Dashboard, the Bitdefender UI, that in the Settings option on the lower left-hand side, and in General, and disable Special offers and Recommendation notifications, and see if that stops that pop-up offer for you.

Also, the notification should display an 'x' in the upper right hand corner to dismiss it. Does this work?
