Bitdefender BOX 2 Drops Off Of Device List. Any Suggestions?

My Bit Defender box 2 keeps disappearing from my device list. When it happens my Bitdefender Central home page stops showing status of the box, and I cannot access the settings for the box (guest network etc). Is there a way to get it back without totally resetting the device and going through the entire set up process again?
