How Do I Cancel One Of Two Payments?

Just renewed my account. However in doing so, I inadvertently paid twice. Are you able to cancel one payment? Or should I contact my credit card bank?

Hi Palmer,

I would contact support and see what they have to say. Tick the Purchase and Manage Subscriptions box, follow a couple of prompts, then start a Chat, as they are very quick to respond and will let you know what they can do, or what you may need to do. Phone support is not toll-free.

Since you can't cancel a payment, i think your only option is to obtain a refund on one payment by contacting:

refunds@bitdefender.com

within 30 days of your initial purchase or of the automatic renewal date.
