Just renewed my account. However in doing so, I inadvertently paid twice. Are you able to cancel one payment? Or should I contact my credit card bank?

I would contact support and see what they have to say. Tick the Purchase and Manage Subscriptions box, follow a couple of prompts, then start a Chat, as they are very quick to respond and will let you know what they can do, or what you may need to do. Phone support is not toll-free.
