I just installed Bitdefender Total Security, and it seems like that I am not able to change the Game Profile. Whenever I turn on Postpone Windows Automatic Updates and click save. It just doesn't save, and still remains unchecked.
I just checked it on my end, and had the same result as you.
I ran a repair, and the problem still remains. I'm not sure a total uninstall will fix this issue, but it may be worth a try. Otherwise, as with Gjoksi's above post, you should contact support using the steps he provided.
