Content control doesn't appear to work

As I'm new here, I don't think I can post pictures. Linked in with my other question about BD blocking malicious websites, I thought I'd look at the content control functionality in GravityZone. For my test PC, it's showing that "Content Control" is enabled.

Under the policy, Network Protection/Content control is set to "Allow". In settings, I've added *.bbc.co.uk and set it to blocked.

However, I can still open this website on my test PC. Does it take time for a new block to take effect?

I've got this sorted - I turned on total web blocking in a test policy and it worked for some sites and not others. A search revealed you have to scan HTTPS traffic as well. Makes sense.

    Hello.

Since you need help with Bitdefender GravityZone, which is business product, @Alex_Dr or @Andra_B (they both provide support for business products) could take a look here and help you with the issue.

Also, you can always contact the Bitdefender business support:

    Hello @Rob_Nicholson,

I do apologize for my late reply here. Indeed no, the block should not take time to take effect, it should happen almost instantly. Can you please let me know if the situation is still present or if additional assistance is required?

    Much appreciated,

    Alex D.
