As I have noticed that you are using the Premium VPN, have you tried multiple servers and also multiple networks?
When you start Bitdefender VPN on a Windows computer, does it just show “Reconnecting” or “Disconnecting”?
This can also be caused by temporary problems with your network connection and can be fixed by restarting the computer or reinstalling the Bitdefender VPN application. In the event the above troubleshooting steps do not fix the issue, more information would be required to set a diagnosis:
- The OS on which the vpn is running
- Whether the problem occurs on a specific location or all locations
- IP of the affected server
- If using standalone VPN or VPN in BMS
- Whether the problem occurs only on mobile data or only on wifi or present on both. Preferably try multiple networks
- App version
- Central account
