Can't get Bitdefender to show up on my phone

My android phone is listed on my account at Bitdefender Central, but I can't get it to appear on my phone. What do I do?

When you tried installing Bitdefender from Play Store, did you get any sort of error message?

The easiest way to install Bitdefender Mobile Security on Android is to get it from the Google Play Store.
