VPN and BT
Up until ten days ago I had no problem in accessing BT mail. All of a sudden it wouldn't connect and an error message appeared on the screen. I messaged BT, and the reply indicated that they do not support bitdefender, and suggested I download their antivirus/VPN, and this would overcome the problem. I do not want to use their program, as bitdefender serves me very well. I have sorted the problem by putting bitdefender VPN through Israel, but why should I. What is BTs problem they shouldn't determine what VPN I use. I find them a complete pain in the !!!!!. I will be contacting bitdefender to ask them what is happening and why BT is not supporting their product. If you can find out what is happening or help, I would be grateful.
