I received an email yesterday from 2 checkout Support saying my card had expired & they were unable to take payment for my renewal. I checked to ensure this was a genuine email & sure enough my subscription expires today/tomorrow.
The price for renewal is £74.99 for 1 year so I'm glad my card has expired. I'm now currently looking elsewhere for my internet security as I feel this is way too much to be paying. What are other people paying? I've been a customer for quite a few years now & was happy with the product but not at that price...

You can stop the auto-renewal for the Bitdefender subscription, by following these steps:
Just follow the steps as described in Method 1, because some users in the past reported that the steps from Method 2 didn't stop the auto-renewal.
Also, from my personal experience, Method 1 did/does the job.
Finally, you can stop the auto-renewal for the Bitdefender subscription by contacting Customer Support at:
