Bitdefender vpn improvement and processing request

Dear,

I wrote to your colleagues and they directed me to you. Can you help me and solve the problem of slowing down my Samsung A50(android) device. Because when I run the vpn feature, I find some difficulties such as slowing down the speed of the phone, watching some videos/Download delay and stop , stopping the camera when calling on WhatsApp, etc. So as your customer since 2019, I ask for your help to solve this problem and fix it.

Several factors can trigger connection slowdowns, the most common being the distance to the server you’re connecting to, network congestion, and high bandwidth usage.
